Yeah, Drury is the only one that springs immediately to mind.

In fact (and Drury will happily explain this to you as well), it's fairly common in the hotel industry to have not just two but three entities involved: one owns the name of the hotel and defines various policies (the franchisor, like Marriott for example), one manages the hotel, and the hotel building itself is often owned by a third separate company, not the one that manages it. Sometimes two of those three roles are combined. All three combined happens sometimes as well. Entire chains with all three roles combined are rare.
