I'm looking at a seat map (WTP in this case) for a flight in the next few days (BAW247 on 1st December).

Do the 'unavailable seats' (ie reserved seats) include allocations already made by BA according to the EC member's seat preferences, for those EC members who cant reserve a seat until T-24?

Also, how have the two single emergency exit row seats been reserved when I thought it was a requirement for them to be allocated at the check-in desk at the airport?

I'm hoping that the few seats that remain 'available' are not the only ones I'll have access to at T-24!
