I'm new here and tried to do a search but came up with no results.

I'd like to inquire about the AC Upgrade Certificates you can buy - http://www.aircanada.com/en/travelin.../upgrades.html

How do these work? It says on that page that you need a Latitude fare first and then upgrade. However, when I look for fares, I click on the fare differences (where it explains to you the difference in fares) it shows that Tango Plus is eligible for upgrade! So, which is correct? Do you need Latitude or at least Tango Plus in order to upgrade? Also, when you buy a booklet, there is one for Can/US and Rapidair. If I want to travel from YVR to YYZ, I can't use these?

And what does SWU, SSWU, and NAU stand for? Please explain. Thanks!
