I've noticed since July my points have been taking forever to post. It usually posted on the 25-28 of each month after my statement cut off date of 21st. of every month.
It's now taking about 60 days for points to post. I called MBNA and they told me that the points were sent to Starwood and of course Starwood says they haven't received them.
I tend to believe Starwood as MBNA is slow at everything. After all it took them almost 2 years to give us on-line access
It still takes less than a week for me. Got my points today (11/26) for my MBNA statement dated 11/20. (That being said, before this month, I last used the card in August so it's possible that there was a problem in the past few months but it didn't affect me).
