Toss up, Paid F on AS gets free access to BR, which after seeing that will make you want to go to the nearest RCC and take a crap on the floor of the lobby. The last time I was in the SEA BR there was a wine tasting going on upstairs, with good wine, cheese, salmon and other good fresh snacks, it was unbelievable.

and the AS F seat isn't as good as UAs, if you park your miles/status on UA then thats another consideration.
