Does anyone recall a mailer from United about 4-5 months ago that offered additional mileage credits? The promotion offered an additional 7500 miles for business class and 5000 miles for economy class for flights, or something like that. You had to fill-out a survey to participate. I filled-out the survey and have yet to see any additional miles in my account.

Anyone remember this promotion?
