Hi!

I have had experienced exactly the same.

At that time (9 months ago) proved absolutely no problem to cancel one ticket out of 4 and keep the booking for the 3 remaining passengers.

Was dealt with really quickly actually as far as I can remember, and can remember thinking it was much easier than I thought it was going to be!
