The OP is comparing a domestic 2 cabin 757 with an international 2 cabin 757 in the front of the plane. Everything's the same, but they're called "first" when on a domestic route and "international" when on an international route. Same food, same service, same everything. Same applies to the Airbii.

PS F is relatively comperable to the trans-oceanic F product... PS F isn't comperable to transoceanic C. Just like domestic F on a non-PS-3-class airplane is basically domestic F+... the service is comperable to international C and the seats are definitely better than domestic F.
