No, you wouldn't bother with the QF/BA lounge in HKG. Nice enough but fails in comparison to CX lounges available there. Not sure but is there an AA lounge? I doubt it would rank above the QF/BA lounge and fall well behind CX.
No reason for AA to have lounge in HKG as they don't fly there (only codeshare with CX)
However I think there is a JL lounge in HKG, but don't know how good is it?
