MXP or Fco lounges are not that bad,you can enjoy full bar with espresso and capuccinos.They also have brand name little snack,ice cream also brand name, yougurt from north italy gourment. And if you like perugina chocolate. They also serve good bakery in the morning and nice toast and little panini.
I dont think that Alitalia is that bad ...I dont find all this in the crown room or presidential. People who talk bad about alitalia are poeple who took one flight in 10 years and maybe that was bad and never been in the lounge.
