I already got myself an Asus eee PC. The spiffy little 7 inch Linux laptop.

I intend to get a Western Digital passport USB hard drive. The question is whether it'll be 120, 160 or 250 GB. Just depends on what kind of deal I get (though naturally I want 250, why not future proof my needs as much as possible?) since I got shafted on any attempt at a Black Friday deal.

I didn't even score a cheap deal on a laptop for my girlfriend. No matter, I'll probably buy a Dell or HP for her through my employer's corporate discount options. I did snag some needed SDHC memory cards and a 4GB USB disk key though!
