I originally did a quantification of my philips 9" frame a year ago, using a constant kill-a-watt meter.
Power is power, and as a nation, people and planet we should think conservation. That being said.
My frame consumed .11 kwh for 24 hours. I pay .11$ per kwH.
My math: I pay about .012$ cpd for the frame to run 24 hours a day. That is about .36$ (36 CENTS) per month for it to run.
I'm am not too concerned about the expense, since the frame actually runs only about six hours a day. I know it is drawing SOMETHING when it is off, but it is less than the .012 cents that is when it is on for 24 hours.
