I understand DL is building yet another NEW international concourse at ATL.

Anyone have the details, such as where it is being built, if there will be landside access, etc?

Apparently DL has completely outgrown its existing Intl terminal at ATL and is in need of a larger facility.

I still remember the days of the old intl terminal at ATL which had direct landside access (I believe it is the "T" concourse today).

Perhaps they will do something ala ORD, but provide easy access to the main facility for connections (that said, I still recall going through old ORD FIS facility that came out to the underground tunnel system, beneath the parking lot).
