doesnt work for me. I went through the link (quoting $319) for prestige, but when i apply through it entering my UK address I get quoted UK£259, which is the discounted price.

how can you pay the US$ price without a UK credit card?

I'd be ready to pay $319, but not £259 (i.e. $520).
