haven't one "matronizing" attribute....It is true that I had conversed with her in the past.Nice surprise when one travels alone. She does have excellent customer service skills and makes people feel special.

I always hope that when someone takes the time to post about a great employee, they also take the time to write a quick note to UAL as well so it can go into their file.
