Routes. Her name is Jane and the thrill of being recognized from the previous C two flights I did this year and this time in economy I thought was pretty amazing. I didn't recognize her this time.A lovely lady (most of female fa's are on this route) haven't one "matronizing" attribute....It is true that I had conversed with her in the past.Nice surprise when one travels alone. She does have excellent customer service skills and makes people feel special.
