Restaurants

My point about the restaurants is, that having a theme restaurant meaning serving dishes famed to the city that the hotel is located in.

EX- FS Boston, Clam chowder, Lobster, Beans. (i know they serve the first 2)
FS DC, (Crab Cakes, Crab soup, maybe a pasta with crab and red sauce.

BTW- The new French restaurant in the FS NY is one of the better restaurants in the FS chain, OTOH, I do not like the other restaurants at FS NY.

At the RCs i have been to I have really enjoyed the restauants. I might be baised because I like the RC chain better, but I do enjoy a lot of their restaurants.

The RC Tysons Corner has one of the best restaurants in the DC area
The RC in Orlando has a restaurant called Normans that I have always enjoyed.
The RC in Naples has The Grill (like other RCs) and serves really good seafood in a nice setting.

I will be in Dubai at the RC in January and will try both restaurants as well as take a day trip to Doha, so I will report back.
