The EliteAccess, check-in privileges, and mileage bonuses would certainly be a great incentive to me to shift back from my pursuit of million miler status with United Airlines, particularly since I am already a life member of the Presidents Club.
I concur that giving away access to the Presidents Club for Million Milers would serve as a disincentive to future Presidents Club life membership sales, so that is unlikely to be part of the Million Miler program.
