Be warned. It appears to me that Chadwick Martin Bailey are scammers. Don't waste your time on their survey.
Since HH is my primary hotel card, I suspect that's where Chadwick Martin Bailey got my personal, unpublished, travel e-mail address. In any case, they sent me the message posted below, and since I use Amazon frequently, I decided to do their survey and get a $20 certificate.
Surprise, surprise, once I had answered a dozen or so questions, suddenly I was no longer qualified and the survey ended. Now I figure I had already given them enough information about my hotel use that they could report back to their client and they are just saying I am unqualified so they don't have to give me my certificate.

"Dear Traveller:
Chadwick Martin Bailey, an independent market research company, is conducting a study on behalf of a major hotel company. This is not a sales promotion--we just want your opinions on hotels and hotel frequent traveller programmes.
The questionnaire should take about 30 minutes to complete. If you get interrupted partway through, and wish to complete the questionnaire later, just re-enter the questionnaire link found in this email and you will resume where you left off.
We highly value your time and input. If you qualify for this study and complete the questionnaire by 23 November 2007 you will receive a $20 Amazon.com Gift Certificate (Canadian Dollars) from the hotel company that is sponsoring this study. The sponsor will be revealed to you upon completion of the questionnaire. All of your responses will be completely confidential and will not be associated with you in any way. If you have any problems or would like to give feedback, please send an email to:
[email protected].
Thank you for your participation.
