At the bottom of the internet points statement, there is some text explaining the items on the list and it there it says now:

(*) The Elite Status Report contains information about your present card and about the number of SkyTeam Miles/Segments required for obtaining the next-level card (Silver, Gold, or Platinum).

SkyTeam Miles this year – the number of miles earned this calendar year, eligible for qualification for obtaining a Silver, Gold, or Platinum Card. Only miles for flights with Czech Airlines and SkyTeam Alliance partners are eligible for qualifying for a Silver, Gold, or Platinum Card.

SkyTeam Segments this year - the number of flights flown this calendar year, eligible for qualification for getting a Silver, Gold, or Platinum card. Only flights with Czech Airlines and SkyTeam alliance partners are eligible for qualifying for a Silver, Gold, or Platinum Card.

Next available Elite level - the card (Silver, Gold, of Platinum) which you will receive once you have collected the necessary number of SkyTeam Miles or Segments.

Furthermore currently all my points are reset - I am Gold with 93 segments YTD but it says next available level Silver, 15 segments or 25001 points required for next level. So I assume they are doing some maintenance.
