The Staples Black Friday online ad offered a Navigon 2100T portable GPS unit for $99.99. I went online and made a purchase at 6:23am today. The response from Staples showed an expected delivery date of 11/27.

I just got an email from Staples, with a timestamp of 17:33 PST, saying
We regret to inform you that an item you tried to order from us today sold out before we were able to process your order. At this time, we are not able to offer a comparable item or to back order the product.

It seems to me that if Staples was unable to fulfill my order, submitted before 7am EST, then Staples may have made a fraudulent offer.

What should I do? I want one of those units.
