I hate it when it's too hot; makes sleeping difficult. Since the plane starts cooling off when it's time for brkfst I've always assumed they did it deliberately, thinking that the heat would make people sleepy. I've asked the FAs a few times (when in F & C) to adjust the temp, but am told by them that it's 'fine'.
