You are not alone with this complaint. A lot of people got screwed by Staples on this item. I read that smart folks found that they could order them on the phone before they were available on the website.

If I were you I'd at least send them an angry yet calm email explaining your disappointment, if enough people do this they may free up some more inventory.

Then if they don't help, simply never shop there again.
