What good is a fast train if when you get to the HK terminus, there is a 1 hour queue to get a taxi (like there was this Saturday afternoon)? This is just my estimate based on the line lengths and the approximate 1 taxi/2 minute entry rate.

I just took the first hotel shuttle bus that came along and grabbed a taxi there, which was a minor pain since I had no idea where I was going, but I am sure it was faster.

Apparently this is a fairly common occurrence according to my hotel staff.
