Well as someone who lives in BCN, I have to disagree with the opinion of mwalsh.

Barcelona is a nice city with a great atmosphere. I admit, the ramblas is awful, but don't many tourist destinations have a street or an area where tourists congregate?!

The food in this city is amazing and there are many nice restaurants, it just depends on the food that you are looking for.


Cinc Sentits, as PHLbuddy stated, is a nice restaurant.
