I joined Ambassador earlier this week and the guy on the Amb desk (Mark) could not have been more helpful. He sorted out my membership with points and arranged with my chosen hotel to forward the BOGO cert. straight to them as it would not have arrived with me in time. He also booked all three nights at the hotel we had chosen (London IC) and e-mailed confirmations straight over to me.
All in all a great piece of Customer Service which I feel should be noted on here.
