From HKG-xSYD-MEL-xSYD-xSIN-HKG to HKG-xSYD-MEL-xSYD-HKG. I don't mind a more direct routing but it's on not on the day I actually want to travel.
They emailed me to call them back at the EXP desk number, and the agent I got simply read instructions on the PNR that I wasn't allowed to route via SIN or BKK to get to HKG.
