I want to stay at either the Hyatt Place Nashville Airport or the Hyatt Place Nashville/Opryland the night before I leave for California since my flight leaves at 8:20 a.m. and my parents are going to have to drive me to the airport, BUT neither of these hotels are listed on the number of "participating locations" on the check that I received. When I ordered the check with my Thank You points, I didn't know that it wouldn't be accepted at either of these locations because as I understood it, it could be used at all Hyatt brand establishments. So, now, I have a $50 certificate that I can't use for what I intended it for and since I don't travel often at all, I doubt I'll be using it to stay at a different Hyatt any time soon.
