I saw no sign of a crate or any problem with her check-in (although I wasn't immediately adjacent to her) so it looks like she has no problem to repeat the outbound trip.

I would think there would be a note in her profile since the BKK staff were made aware of the situation, and they would double check her doc's on the animal.
I guess if she had a proper note for her "emotional support" dog, there is not much the GA could do. I would think that considering what happened on her outbound flight, UAL would not let the dog travel in F with her.
