So, believe it or not. I asked the EXP desk to put in a request to revenue management to open up an A inventory seat for me and they did! The EXP agent was a bit surprised. At the time, the flight was F4 and zeroed out in Y. So, in lieu of the Evip I used miles and will take the advice of several postings here and visit the CC now that I have enough posts.
