I went to H&M in Denmark and everybody in line that used a credit credit (definately credit cards not EC cards) entered their PIN code. Of course I didn't know my PIN.

So I wonder if I had entered my PIN would it have been treated as a withdrawal with the typical fees for cash withdrawal?
