Buy.com cancels all my orders because my IP address is in Malta. My credit card, billing, and shipping addresses are all US based.

Pandora.com and showtime.com block access due to my IP address.

I have considered setting up my US based PC with a program like PC Anywhere but I hate the thought of leaving a power hungry computer running for months just so I can do some occasional shopping/surfing.

Is there a simple piece of hardware I can attach to my US AT&T DSL line?

Or, is there a secure proxy service I can use in the US that will not put my credit card information at risk?
