Received a delivery from Waterstones last night and was not at all impressed by the condition of the book inside... it wasn't particularly securely packed inside a larger box and either the corners of the book looked like a dog chewed it before it was dispatched or it got thrown around very badly by the postman...

Anyway, not impressed - the book is for a Christmas present, so am going to take it into a store and try to get them to swap it for one that doesn't look like it has been chewed by a dog...

Received another couple of books from Waterstones, last week, and they were fine (better packaged and wrapped in their original plastic too).

So, if you order from Waterstones, chck to see that your books arrive in good condition...
