Okay, I'm making a cross country move on Dec. 14th and I wanted to stay at the Hyatt with my parents and brother the night before I leave, since my flight leaves early the next morning and I had enough Thank You points to get a $50 Hyatt Check Certificate. Well, I received it in the mail today and it says that it can be used "at the following locations". When I ordered it I was under the impression that it could be used at all Hyatt locations and not a limited number, so now I'm stuck with a $50 Hyatt Check that I can't use.

Unless there's a way to either return it and get my TY points back or get the Hyatt I want to stay at on Dec. 13th to accept it, even though they're not on the list of places on the certificate that "participate".

Can anybody give me some advice on this..? Who do I need to talk to, the Thank You program people, the Hyatt I want to stay at, or the credit card that I used to earn the TY points with in the first place??
