We certainly do not want to close this thread as there are a lot of questions still to be answered with regard to how the dust will finally settle on this matter. We have had to make several deletions, however. We realize that this is an emotionally charged topic, but we ask that posters stick to posting about current experiences with the certs, responses from United and so forth and to not post attacks on other members and about experiences in dealing with those who may have been bartering/selling the certs.
