I think domestic 777 have the regular domestic F seats. Only the international configured 777 has international F seats. One other difference in the seat is that the legrest can go up flat, which the C seat can't. Also I think the recline is maybe 10 degrees more than the C+ ones. That's the only other differences I can think of now.. =P
