United uses the 763 domestically on 'continuations' of international trips.

There are some 767-300's flying IAD/SFO and of course the much discussed LarryU special between JFK/SFO UA # 7 /844.
I must say that business class is much more spacious than a regular 767.
Maybe LarryU can chime in on the first class product.
