The choice between Amandari and FS Sayan is difficult. The ambiance is far more luxurious in Amandari but some rooms are really tired. The fs Sayan would be a very good choice.
I would avoid FS Jimbaran, if you are looking for real luxury, this one is not for you!!! (the villa are all very near, the rooms quite dated, the view from the beach awful for Bali!!! i was very disappointed)
