flew a KLM Biz sector for the first time in 2 years last week (Mex-Ams) and have to say that whilst it wasn't brilliant, it's a lot better than most (especially the BA offering which started out fab and then deteriorated into shabbiness (and is narrower than i had ever realised)). slept okay, the seat was wide enough and comfy enough to slumber peacefully... all in all, acceptable.

KLM's acrylic socks are not worth commenting upon but the VOD, food, houses, decent enough seats, and single terminal airport do add up to "hey, it's not that bad, actually".

but i echo the observations that the lounges are pathetic. too crowded by far.
