And this thread has taught me a lot. I always check bags in then realise the only thing identifying the bag as being mine is the airline luggage tag.

I really must follow some of the suggestions here to better identify the bags owner.

Hope the bag gets fixed ok. I hear Tumi bags get repaired free for life?
