I've stayed at all 5 of the properties in question and without a doubt, I would say go Aman. The Four Seasons properties are nice, but the experience doesn't come close, not with the extremely high quality of service offered at the Amans.

However, I can see why some people might choose Sayan over Amandari as the property is newer and the gorge it is facing is a bit more dramatic than the one at the Dari. But for us, the service puts Amandari over the top. Also, the food at the Amans are always sensational, and they don't nickel-and-dime, unlikes the FS.

Overall, while I love the Four Seasons properties around the world, in Bali the Amans are just superior.
