The elite benefits part of the survey seemed well written, but I'm not sure that the results of the programme comparisons tables will mean anything at all. People who don't understand hotel schemes (ie. many non-FTers) will probably interpret the survey totally differently to the way we do. eg. "10pts/dollar" for Starwood is worth 4-5 times what "10pts/dollar" is in the Hilton column, but how many will realise that?
