Called the CP line tonight for an unrelated issue and casually asked about this. This is indeed a targeted promotion that begins on 12/1/07. Only perks I was told about was the personal escort (no, not that kind of escort!) at the airport and earlier upgrades than the rest of us peon CP's. People will be contacted by phone (not sure about e-mail) regarding their interest in this program. Needless to say, I was not targeted.
