I don't think that's completely fair.
They comp your first 2 lounge visits, whereas basic PP membership will charge you $24/pp right from the get-go.
So, it's more like a $99 membership, plus $48 worth of free visits, for a total of $147 in immediate value on a credit card with a $150 annual fee.
Assuming you use even ONE of the card's other benefits, like CDW, even ONCE during a year then making this one pay for itself should be a no-brainer.
