Do this quite frequently short haul. eg every 2 weeks and nothing has got broken, touch wood! We thoroughly bubble wrap every bottle individually and then make sure it's in the middle of the case and wrapped with towels and other things etc. As wine/bubbly is pressurised on board, give it several months to adjust as it needs to adapt and won't taste the same.
