Not 100%, that's why I asked. It could have easily been read that he was comped status DURING CY 2007, not explicitly FOR USE DURING CY2007. Is your contribution to this thread really to say "isn't that clear" when someone asks for clarification? If it was clear, I wouldn't have asked.
