Not clear where in T1 US will go, either. UA and NZ don't move across from t3 until later next year and BA doesn't move out until the day before US is due to begin service!
Hmmm, can slots be leased?

I wonder if bmi would be persuaded to "lease" the slots in return for codeshare on this service?
