We stayed in the Barbados Hilton earlier this year, and enjoyed it quite a bit. However, the food was fairly expensive there. Honestly, I'd find a place that wasn't that expensive to dine, and just have fun. Fares to much of the Caribbean are cheap unless you're going during holiday periods.
