My client just fired AMEX and had Carlson hire the two or three that were good at their job.

Anyone let an Orbitz or similar run it?

Thanks for the tips, it is amazing how bad our travel truly is. I tell them how to find deals, if I didn't I would be in economy to the Philippines 5 times a year.....
