I'm wondering if I can, at the very least, get a refund of the taxes and fees. Ticket rules say non-refundable and $200 for any changes.

Fare: $0
Fuel Surcharge: $179
Taxes/Fees: $115.07
Getting a refund on a non-refundable ticket: priceless
